GOLD COAST CROSSES ACAPULCO GATE

To Race Committee

Gold Coast Australia would like to advise that at 14:06:01 on 26 April 2012 we crossed the Acapulco gate in position 16 00 59N 100 38.95W. The Bearing to the Acapulco waypoint was 041 T Range 64.7nm.

Team Gold Coast Australia worked very hard to make up ground on the leading yachts over the last 12 hours in very light and
unpredicable winds. My team and I are very excited about our time and position across the gate.
